Mission

We believe clients deserve safe, fast, reliable airborne utility services.

About Us

High Voltage Aviation (HVA) was founded in 2022 by pioneers of aerial utility services—now expanding to push the boundaries of full ground-to-air infrastructure solutions. With over 170 years of combined experience, our team includes the pilots, linemen, mechanics, and executive leaders who helped shape the integrated ground-to-air utility construction industry—setting the standards, writing the protocols, and training many of the professionals operating today.

The roots of High Voltage Aviation stretch back to 1987, when Brian Parker helped launch the use of helicopters in transmission services—forever changing the way power lines were built and maintained. Over the next three decades, Brian, Richard DeMoss, and integral key leadership led and trained the teams at one of the first companies to offer aerial utility work, from energized live-line services to specialized inspection protocols still in use today.

In 2022, after the sale of that company and upon partnering with Ryker Holdings, Brian and Richard reassembled the core team of seasoned professionals to launch HVA: a new company built on hard-won experience, operational excellence, and expanded air and ground utility construction services
