Brad has 19 years’ experience as a proven leader in the Utility/Powerline industry. Brad started as a groundman and worked his way up in the field of linework. Brad has contributed to the industry in several different roles throughout his career including Lineman, Foreman, General Foreman, Safety Engineer, Estimator, and Director of Estimating. Brad was one of the first three employees of HVA. He comes to HVA with prior experience from MYR Group, a large utility contracting company. Brad’s top core value is Safety.
